Consultation:
Set up an initial consultation that will allow the client and I to get to know each other, the space of the project to determine the wants and needs for the project. Priced at a set consultation fee.
3D Rendering:
This service offers the client a realistic idea of what space will look like before the completion of the project. Priced set at designer's hourly rate.
Furnishings and staging:
From selected furniture, rugs, decor and accessories. Priced at designer's hourly rate.
Residential:
This project involves space planning, 3D rendering, all finish and fixture selections, detail drawings, review construction documents, coordination with showroom visits, site visits, and project management. Priced per sq. ft. and overall scope of project.
Commerical / Hospitality:
This project offers the client AutoCAD floor plans, FF&E selections, signage that meet ADA regulations, all finish and fixture selections, furniture and accessories placement, 3D rendering, and communication between the contractors/vendors. Spaces includes offices, retail, conferences, lobby, churches, spas, and etc. Priced based on scope of project.
